Simply all you have to do is go to our web site www.hyaffiliates.com and go through our Terms and Conditions in our Affiliate Program. After you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions you will then be asked to complete our online application. Soon after your application has been reviewed and accepted you will have a Personal Highly Trained Affiliate Manager contact you and give you all the information you need to become familiar with how to launch our links and refer clients to HY Markets or PIPTRADE.

How do I track my earnings?Top

Just go to www.hyaffiliates.com and login to your account. On the welcome page you have a "Commissions for today" table where you can see your daily activity. If you want to see your activity for a specific period just click on the "Quick report" link on the left hand side, select the date range you want to see a report for and click "Apply filter". The report that will be generated will show you an activity summary, statistics information and your commission figures.

How do I change my password, payment information and account details?Top

Just go to www.hyaffiliates.com and login to your account. Click on the "My profile" link on the left hand side. You can edit all your personal, contact and account information directly on this page. Once you finish editing your details just hit the submit button on the bottom of the page.

How will I track which clients I have referred to your website?Top

Once your affiliate account application has been approved you will receive your username and password for your account. This will give you access to our affiliate BackOffice. At the same time your account will be assigned with a unique tracking link which will be used to monitor all traffic and customers sent to HY Markets from your website.

How can I know how much profit each client has generated?Top

Our partners take customers' confidentiality very seriously so it's a company policy not to disclose individual customer information. However once you login to your affiliate account you get access to many different and detailed reports that will offer you a complete overview of your affiliate activity.

How and when do I get paid?Top

Affiliates are paid on a monthly basis. At the end of each month the commission is calculated and the payments are promptly processed the following working day. We send payments using PayPal and wire transfer. Depending on which payment method you choose your commission will arrive to you between 1 to 5 business days. You can select your preferred payment method after you login to your account under the "My profile" tab.

Direct customizable payment methods

We are able to pay your earnings to you in many different formats including Paypal and Wire transfer enabling to have more control over where and how you receive your earnings.

Please note that the affiliate commission earnings need to be checked and confirmed by HY Affiliates and payment is solely under the discretion of the Company and will be made provided that the affiliate activities meet all the necessary requirements. HY Affiliates reserves the right to decline and withhold payments to affiliates that are conducting fraud and or introducing clients that do not meet the necessary regulatory requirements of our partners.(Please refer to TERMS and CONDITIONS by clicking here and what constitutes an active client)

If I have many other websites, may I track each site's earning seperately?Top

If you have multiple websites we recommend discussing this with your affiliate account manager. As a company policy we always want to review all websites that our banners will appear on. Once your account manager reviews the websites he will then be able to supply you with additional tracking links for each one.

Is there any incentive for a client if he/she signed in through an affiliate program rather than signing in directly?Top

From time to time HY Markets or PIPTRADE will offer special promotions and incentives for new customers that will be offered exclusively through HY Affiliates as a way to help our affiliates to attract more customers from their promotional activities. In general though all of our partners' customers receive the same high level quality service regardless of how they signed up to the site. The incentive for customers signing under an affiliate account is usually only for the affiliate that referred the customer to HY Markets or PIPTRADE.
